Truck Driver

Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the preparation of project design and development plans;
2. Be responsible for drafting and reviewing the technical specifications in design tender documents;
3. Coordinate communication with design subcontractors and among various disciplines, and manage the transmission and documentation of professional information and records.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture (full-time program);
2. At least 8 years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 3 years at a large, Class-A architectural design institute;
3. Highly responsible and team-oriented, with strong communication, coordination, and management capabilities regarding design institutes;
4. Familiar with real estate architectural design processes and relevant government laws and regulations; possesses strong communication, coordination, and stress-management skills, as well as solid expertise in reviewing and evaluating architectural drawings.
